The Washington University School of Medicine Geriatric Medicine rotation is designed to expose trainees to numerous aspects of clinical care, education, and research methodology for older adults.
The trainee will participate in a variety of clinical experiences including
- Outpatient comprehensive geriatric assessment
- Subspecialty inpatient and outpatient care
- Primary care in the nursing home setting
It is our hope that this rotation will provide a framework and foundation for their future care of the older adult patient.
