Biography
Research interests include -Co-Investigator: HRPO 06-0994 Membrane-Type I Matrix Metalloproteinase (MT1-MMP) and Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer (EMMPRIN) in Cigarette Smoke Induced Lung Inflammation and Emphysema Pathogenesis (SCCOR: Alveolar and Airway Mechanisms for COPD; Project 3).
Dr. Lutey’s clinical interests include general medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care, emphysema, lung disease.
